Then we will LEARN how to define the ecosystem you currently or plan to operate within, identifying those players and circumstances that can emerge as challenges or opportunities.

We will continue to BUILD the next 1/3rd of your Business Context Analysis, mapping stakeholder interactions and current, emerging and over-the-horizon influences on your ecosystem.

Defining Your Ecosystem

Up next we LEARN how to reflect on our redefined ecosystem, and extract scenarios that may give rise to challenges as well as opportunities.

We will BUILD the final 1/3rd of your Business Context Analysis, rating the potential influence of those scenarios for action and applying strategies for translating data, to insight.

This step is really the "sharp end of the stick" transforming the new insights you have gained into actionable intelligence.   It will help you to take on a completely different perspective when thinking about your, including who it serves, how it serves them and how you can navigate current and future uncertainty.

Finally, we will LEARN how to structure our Risk and Opportunity Pathway utilising the insights gained from your Business Context Analysis.

We then BUILD in the framework for your Risk and Opportunity Pathway focusing on the right level of detail for your unique business circumstances. 

We also embed strategies enabling you to engage your team, suppliers, and financial and customer stakeholders in a meaningful way to communicate your revised business vision.

There will be more work involved in building your Risk and Opportunity Pathway Plan after your completion because no strategic vision will be successful without collaboration and ownership within your team.
